An experienced Land Agent, Tom qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2007 and is a Registered Agricultural Valuer. Toms career spans over 18 years working for Landed Estates in Scotland and England and in more recent years advising farmers, landowners and rural businesses mainly across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Tom has a strong interest in agriculture and the wider rural economy and draws on his strong knowledge of the rural landscape to provide bespoke advice that helps Clients meet their individual needs and requirements.
Out of the office, Tom has a passion for game shooting and Rugby Union. He enjoys spending time with other likeminded individuals taking in new landscapes and challenging birds as part of the enjoyment of the day. Luckily for Tom he hung up his rugby boots some years ago before any major damage was incurred!
